This report is a periodic communication we use to inform our customers
whenever there are opportunities due to interest rate fluctuations. You can
use this report as a proactive loan check up to compare your existing
mortgage to the current market. Or it can be used to keep track of the fixed
interest rates when you have an adjustable rate mortgage and decide that
locking in to a fixed rate would be a good move to avoid coming adjustments. |
