Vision – Where we are Heading

We are building upon our core advertising efforts with The Dave Ramsey Show to grow into a diversified national network of sales offices capable of winning in each market we serve, maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and efficient lending platform that our leadership team can count on to support their business development efforts.

Leveraging our strong brand recognition and consistent lead flow we will hone our lead conversion techniques, build referral business in selected local markets and expand into states where current lead flows are strong enough to support the investment to do so as well as tap into markets not presently being served.

In today’s technologically driven economy we must provide our customers the ability to interact with us the way that they are most comfortable. That includes personal meetings, on-line chat, phone appointments, on-line inquiries and full on-line origination experiences. Each customer is unique and we must treat them as such in order to build their trust and their business.

Regardless of the sales channel or communication method, two things must happen on every deal:

  1. A High Trust Sales process where Churchill’s Home Loan Specialist takes the time to educate and clearly explain to each customer the options that best suit their individual situation
  1. The loan will be funneled through a consistent, high quality loan application, processing, underwriting and closing process with customer focused experience and uncompromising compliance and quality control.
  1. Every customer will be captured in our database in order to keep current and updated contact information, consistent communication flow and future service and marketing opportunities. Our ability to grow and communicate with our database is critical to our future.

We will also work to develop control and profit opportunities around the variety of services required to originate, process and close a loan. Our ability to provide consistent service and quality levels along the supply chain of the mortgage process will not only result in a more consistent customer experience but also fuel additional investments in our staff and business.
