- Any experienced loan officer can come into our office and be making $100k plus the first year. Talk with some that are doing just that.
- We have on-site, in-house Processing, Underwriting, Closing, and Funding. Ask questions directly to the underwriter, they are in the same building.
- Our goal is a 10-day closing process that is predictable and consistent.
- We underwrite Conventional, FHA, and VA direct, in-house.
- We originate Conventional, FHA, VA, THDA, USDA, large acreage and raw land.
- We utilize paperless imaging with our Encompass 360 LOS; no more paper files or lost documents.
- Our pricing engine is integrated into our LOS so there are no rate sheets or lender sites to go to;
- We are currently the exclusive lender to have a technology platform for delivering Realtors and their clients a proven system for capturing and converting more home buyers and turning them into closings; (read that again)
- We provide exclusive Dave Ramsey Show listener web and phone leads to our loan officers, as well as other business sources; (you don’t pay for the leads)
- Our top producers work about 50-60 hours per week, and rarely any weekends;
- We have an office atmosphere like no other, based on solid ethics and the commitment to working hard for our customers and co-workers.
- We receive leads from and close loans in TN, KY, MS, AL, IN, OK, AR
- Leads 360 lead contact management – a multitude of automated email campaigns that keep you in touch with leads, purchase prequal customers, credit help, etc.
- We provide marketing support and customer database campaigns for your closed customers, personal databases, and contacts ongoing. Little needed from you to keep in touch for years.
Requirements
NMLS and TN exams passed and valid license in force (we have a fast track path for bank loan officers);
Minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage loan officer;
Strong ability to self-manage and self-motivate; we do not micro-manage;
Strong knowledge of current compliance regulations for GFE disclosure and redisclosure;
High ethical standards that put the customer’s needs first;
Career loan officer that desires to create a long-term business and grow it each year.
