NMLS and TN exams passed and valid license in force (we have a fast track path for bank loan officers);
Minimum of 2 years experience as a mortgage loan officer;

A Churchill Mortgage Processor works directly with the Borrower and Churchill's Home Loan Specialists to collect, analyze and validate information in the loan file for our Underwriting and Closing Teams. You will take ownership of the file and be solely responsible for meeting closing date, communicating with the customer, along with delivering in a timely manner, a high quality, compliant and saleable loan. Leads360 Help Desk – Customer Care Specialist


All phone screening basics: trained and proficient with all campaign rules, branch routing/calls, daily activities. Positive, encouraging, ability to assist others on work flow, motivator, organized. Leads360 Duties

  • Daily tasks - MBot applications Ð Complete and Incomplete; process daily requests; oversee phone screener follow-up calls and process; start new records for initial campaign management;
  • Reports Ð daily activity tracking, monthly department tracking of user, branch and team activities; maintain L360 process and business rule documents; build reports as needed to support work flow

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing State Audit response
