Coming from a family of successful business owners and legal professionals, Fernando was raised with the tools, mindset, and drive to build a meaningful career in business. Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Fernando spent his early years immersed in the vibrant culture of Southern California—frequenting the beach, exploring Los Angeles, and gaining early exposure to the entertainment industry through his family’s involvement in television, print, and media. Eager to chart his own path, Fernando enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1995, where he received specialized training in various armed weapons and machine-gun equipment. Following his service, he began his college studies in Long Beach and went on to work as a paralegal at a law firm—an experience that sharpened his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. In 2004, Fernando transitioned to Central California and launched his career as a licensed Realtor. His passion for helping others and deepening his understanding of the real estate and financial markets soon led him to mortgage lending. Today, he is proud to serve as a Loan Officer—bringing together years of experience in real estate, law, and finance to provide compassionate, informed, and reliable service to every client. Clear communication and client education are the foundation of Fernando’s approach. He believes every borrower deserves to understand their options and feel confident in their decisions.
