Nick Williams is a mortgage advisor with over 20 years of experience. From initial home purchases to refinances, it is Nick's goal to help his clients secure their financial independence.
Nick and his team joined Churchill Mortgage in order to offer a higher level of service to his many long-standing and new clients in these changeable economic times.
His unique process called "The Mortgage Dialogue" helps potential buyers and homeowners to identify and refine their goals. Once establishing a client's goals, Nick is then able to select the loan and program structure that meets the client's financial and payment objectives. For home buyers, he also arranges loan approvals before the client submits offers on a home.
After moving from Britain to the United States in 1985, Nick has built his practice through helping clients design the right mortgage to fit their personal and financial goals. Attention to detail and listening closely to his client's needs and concerns have helped Nick grow and sustain his practice.
Outside of the office, Nick is very involved with his church and enjoys traveling, playing golf, singing with the Long Beach Chorale and spending time with his wife and their golden retrievers.
