Pre-Approval Is The First Step

If you’re looking to buy a home in today’s competitive real estate market, having a smart mortgage plan is crucial to ensure you bring the winning offer. With a little preparation, you can present the most attractive offer and give the seller peace-of-mind knowing it won’t fall apart days before closing.

Nothing Provides the Certainty Like Churchill's Pre-Approval

This gives you two big advantages over other buyers:

  1. You’ll Never House Hunt Based Upon a ‘Guesstimate’
You will know precisely how much money you’re approved to borrow… before you start shopping.
  2. Sellers Can Rest Easy Knowing Your Offer Won’t Fall Through
Having received underwriting approval, your offer is much more reliable than competing offers, and can be a deciding factor in a seller’s final choice among their potential buyers.
