Sheree (Abernathy) Bartlett, PHR, SHRM-CP is a seasoned human resources executive, business owner, and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience in HR management, employee benefits, and organizational operations. As President and Owner of Employee Benefits, LLC, she partners with small and mid-sized organizations to navigate the complexities of HR and group benefits. Her firm is known for delivering exceptional, high-touch support—removing administrative burdens so leaders can focus on running and growing their businesses.

Since 2005, Sheree has also served as an HR Business Partner with Churchill Mortgage, where she provides expertise in benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and workforce development. Her dual roles highlight both the depth of her HR knowledge and her passion for building healthy workplace cultures and efficient organizational processes.

Sheree is a dedicated member of C12 Business Forums, a peer-learning community for Christian CEOs and business owners. Through C12, she actively engages in strengthening her leadership and stewardship, aligning her business practices with purpose-driven, ministry-minded principles.

She began her career at American Color, spending twelve years as Customer Service Logistics Manager and developing a strong foundation in client service, operations, and team leadership.

A committed community advocate, she served as Chairman of the Board for the Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce from 2011 to 2012, championing local business growth and community engagement.

Sheree earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and is a graduate of Gallatin High School. She holds the professional designations PHR and SHRM-CP, reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning and excellence in the HR field. Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, Sheree is recognized for her practical approach, strong client relationships, and dedication to simplifying HR and benefits for growing organizations.
