About Me
Edward North is the Branch Manager / Senior Home Loan Specialist for the Charleston, SC Branch of Churchill Mortgage Corporation. He is no stranger to working in what he calls the “people” business, having managed grocery stores and been the owner of a full-service janitorial company. In 1999, he shifted careers and started working at Community Home Mortgage as a loan officer. Mr. North attributes his successful 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry to his growing working knowledge, continuous mortgage education and his love of working with people of all backgrounds. He particularly enjoys a good challenge! A two-time cancer survivor, Mr. North is a Charleston-native, where he studied business at Trident Technical College. As a member of Sauldam Baptist Church of Ravenel, he takes pride is his involvement with church and his local community. Edward has been happily married to his wife, Ginny North, for over 18 years. The couple lives on a farm in Hollywood, SC with his menagerie of horses, cows, chickens, cats and his beloved Dachshunds.
