“The reason I do what I do is very simple. Communication. Through the years, I have honed my skill as a listener and not just a sales guy that knows how to talk. In my opinion, it is the essence of quality communication because when I do talk, it is relevant to what I have heard. It seems overly simplistic, I know. However, I have met few business people that excel at communication. This high standard means I will contact a client multiple times throughout the buying process. Additionally, thorough communication allows my client and I to navigate the eventual bumps in the road should a transaction require additional attention. I am proactive vs reactive, and my clients appreciate this accountability. There are 2 specific ways among several others that Churchill Mortgage allows me to do this. The first is a company-wide mantra to embrace the Heart of a Teacher. After all, what is a great teacher if not a great communicator? Also, Churchill delivers as much technology as my client and I can stand. The tools that are afforded me facilitate a robust line of communication between myself and every customer I serve.”
I have been in outside sales my entire life, and I am originally from Jackson, Mississippi. In fact, I started my outside sales career the same day I earned my driver’s license at 16 years old (true story)! I enjoy spectator sports and golf, as well as fishing and other outdoor activities. Did I mention golf? Chattanooga, TN, is currently my home of 18 years, and I share it with my wife and boss, Tina. No seriously, she is my boss as Branch Manager of Churchill Mortgage in Chattanooga.
