Randy Key is an experienced Mortgage Loan O􀆯icer with 16 years of experience at Churchill Mortgage, helping individuals and families secure the financing they need to purchase or refinance their homes. In addition to serving families as a Loan O􀆯icer, Randy manages the Dallas office and helps lead the Texas Region. With strong product experience in all types of residential loans including FHA, VA, conventional, bridge financing, and jumbo loans, he is committed to providing personalized mortgage solutions that best fit each client’s financial situation. Having worked with almost 2,100 clients and closed $500,000,000 in residential home loans, Randy has a proven track record of guiding clients through the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency, and care. He strives to make the loan process smooth and stress-free, ensuring each borrower understands their options at every step. Prior to Randy’s 16 years of experience at Churchill Mortgage, Randy worked in Commercial Mortgage Financing at BMC Capital (4 years) and Wells Fargo Bank (4 years). His career in finance began after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in 2001. Randy and his wife live in Dallas, TX and have three daughters and a son. They have been members of Watermark Community Church since 2004 and serve in the children’s and marriage ministries.
