In today’s fast paced, ever changing world realizing the dream of home ownership could become a frustrating and daunting task if you’re not working with a trusted mortgage professional. Since 2003, Tim has worked with hundreds of individuals and families to help them avoid the unwanted pitfalls and frustrations in buying a home. By successfully educating and guiding his clients, he has helped many navigate their way through the maze of today’s credit and lending environment.
The youngest of six children and married with two small children of his own, Tim knows what it is to work hard and desire the best for a family. He has always adhered to the “Golden Rule” in his practice by producing stellar customer service and treating others as they want to be treated.
Tim also believes in bringing a complete customer service experience to anyone he works with, whether if they qualify for a mortgage loan or not. He works with his client’s, side-by-side, to walk each individual through the entire loan process, from pre-qualification to loan closure. For those unable to qualify for a mortgage he provides credit mentoring and coaching until they are able to pre-qualify.
First-time and seasoned home buyers alike enjoy working with Tim. His experience has brought a vast knowledge of mortgage programs and products.
