About Tina:

I got my start in the Mortgage Industry in 1994. Since that time, I have endured quite a few ups-and-downs in the industry, and this experience has given me invaluable knowledge of market trends, changing interest rates, and appropriate Mortgage products. Clients are appreciative of my extensive experience as I strive to make the process as pain-free as possible.There are plenty of loan programs out there, and every program will not work for every client. I pride myself on being able to match programs with client needs and, ultimately, on delivering the program. After identifying the program, I am focused on closing for the customer - quick and clean. My referral business has really blossomed over the past 5 years (that's during significant uncertainty), which I consider to be the strongest testament to my abilities. Many of my customers have become good friends through the years.In addition to being a loan officer and a mortgage banker, I am the Branch Manager. I stay involved in the Real Estate community by maintaining memberships in the Chattanooga Womens Council of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Mortgage Professionals.
