She specializes in residential loans including FHA, VA, conventional financing, and reverse mortgages, delivering personalized mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s unique financial situation. Having worked with both first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors, Dawn has a proven track record of guiding clients through the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency, and care. Dawn holds a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University, reflecting her strong commitment to leadership and exceptional client service.
