With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, I have been helping clients navigate the home financing process since 2005. My background in finance and marketing made mortgage lending a natural fit, allowing me to combine analytical expertise with a client-focused approach for delivering tailored financing solutions. Before entering the mortgage industry, I co-owned and operated a successful import-export business in New York City for 10 years. During that time, I traveled extensively both domestically and internationally, building relationships with major retail buyers and suppliers across Hong Kong, China, and Europe. I also negotiated high-profile licensing agreements with globally recognized brands, including The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Reebok, and over 300 major universities - experience that sharpened my negotiation skills and business acumen. Since transitioning into mortgage lending, I have developed broad expertise across a wide range of loan products, including FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, DSCR, construction, fix-and-flip, and portfolio loans, including those structured for commercial applications. My comprehensive knowledge allows me to guide clients through even the most complex financing scenarios with confidence. Throughout my career, I have been recognized as a top performer, earning President’s Club honors with several of my past employers. I attribute this success to my commitment to responsiveness, transparency, and a “do what I say, say what I do” philosophy. I take pride in treating every client with integrity, compassion, and respect - understanding that each financial situation is unique and deserves personalized attention. My goal is always to create a smooth, trustworthy experience while helping clients achieve their homeownership or investment objectives. Outside of work, I am a lifelong Los Angeles Lakers fan and have followed the team since the 1980s - back when I would stay up late in New York just to catch every game.
