With a strong background in residential loans including FHA, VA, conventional, RD/USDA and Down payment assistance; Kim is committed to providing personalized mortgage solutions that best fit each client’s financial situation and needs. Along with being a full-time career woman, Kim is first and foremost a Christian, and mother. She has two spunky and rambunctious boys a 15-year-old and a 12-year-old, as well as a feisty 5-year-old daughter. Together they love everything outdoors, including camping, fishing, hunting, wakeboarding, snowboarding and surfing. Kim is somewhat of a daredevil and prides herself on never turning down a dare (within reason). In 2004 Kimberly appeared on "Fear Factor" and has spent a majority of her life competing in pageants (making the top 10 at Miss USA and top 6 at Mrs. World). Kim is an award-winning Christian Children’s Book Author with three faith-based books currently published.
