Scott Mosher has been helping families with home financing for more than 20 years and has proudly spent the last 12 years with Churchill Mortgage. Based in Yorba Linda, California, Scott takes a relationship-first approach to lending and is passionate about helping clients make confident financial decisions. He graduated from Southern Utah University, has been married since 1993, and is the proud father of three children and grandfather of three grandchildren.

Josh Mosher is a licensed Home Loan Specialist based in Austin, Texas. Josh graduated from Washington State University and works closely with clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them explore financing options for primary residences, second homes, vacation homes, investment properties, and refinance opportunities. He is engaged to his fiancée, Allison, and they are excited to be getting married in June 2027. Josh enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and helping them navigate the home financing process with confidence and clarity.
