She handles the loan application paperwork, request documents we may need, and helps move the process forward quickly and efficiently. Deanna stays involved with your loan until the day it closes and is always available to answer questions.
Margery Newberry

Margie brings a wealth of experience with nearly 30 years in the mortgage industry and over 10 years on the Phillips Team. Once your initial loan application paperwork is signed and you've provided your documentation (tax returns, pay stubs, and W-2's), Margie reviews and organizes the information, then submits your loan to underwriting. Once the loan is underwritten, Margie will communicate back to you any additional needs we may have and will proactively work with you to move your loan toward an on-time closing.

Mary has been a part of our team for several years and mostly works behind the scenes, handling a variety of tasks such as ordering the appraisal and title work. She assists Deanna and Margie as they have need, and contacts customers at times with updates and necessary requests.
