Churchill Mortgage is one of the first privately-owned mortgage companies to offer an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
Established in 2013 by founder, president, and CEO, Mike Hardwick, the ESOP gives all current and future Churchill Mortgage employees 100% ownership of the company in the form of company stock.
Additionally, 10bps of annual volume will be placed in a deferred compensation account, which is calculated from the following year’s monthly production.
