Lawson Hardwick oversees communication with new employees, departments, and branch managers to ensure everyone receives the training needed from each area of the Churchill Mortgage Corporation.
Upon joining Churchill Mortgage, Hardwick completed the Churchill Mortgage Academy employee training program, which he worked alongside experienced industry professionals within each department of the company for several months. Following the completion of the program, he became a licensed Home Loan Specialist for the Brentwood, TN. branch. His experience in each department of the company provides invaluable insight into the roles of the new employees he works closely with.
Lawson earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lee University in Chattanooga, TN. He previously served as a board member for the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association.
