To help you achieve your goals, we provide ongoing training and coaching, and will partner with you to help with recruiting, sales management, running a successful business, mentorship, and everything in between.

Spencer Lathrop collaborates closely with leaders across both our home office and field teams to support all core accounting functions. From ensuring timely vendor payments to producing accurate financial statements, Spencer also plays a key role in expense management coaching and data analytics—equipping our teams with the tools and insights needed to succeed. He believes our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a powerful opportunity and is committed to helping everyone contribute to the long-term success of Churchill Mortgage. 

Originally from New England, Spencer enjoys spending his summers in Maine. He’s a proud husband and father to his three-year-old son, Charlie. Outside of work, he’s a passionate real estate investor and car enthusiast. 

With more than nine years at Churchill Mortgage, Spencer’s “why” is rooted in his belief that real estate ownership is one of the most effective ways for families to build generational wealth.
