Chief Financial Officer
Randy Starkweather is responsible for overseeing Churchill’s financial operations and performance, as well as providing support to other operational departments and personnel. He has over 35 years of executive management experience in service industries with expertise in financial management, operational management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and financial restructurings.
Randy’s career includes a broad spectrum of experiences and company sizes. He has worked in public accounting, hospitals and publicly traded hospital companies, consulting firms, an investment banking firm, and a firm that was involved in private equity investments. He has had financial oversight for organizations with current revenue in excess of $2 billion and has been involved with numerous start-ups and smaller organizations. He also has experience funding start-up companies, including a Medicare managed care company, that is now one of the largest in the country and working for growth-oriented companies, including Cambio Health Solutions, which grew from a start-up to an industry leader, prior to its acquisition by FTI Consulting.
In 2002, Randy received the Nashville Business Journal’s “Healthcare 100” executive award.
Randy graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and received his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
Randy and his wife, Joanna, reside in Franklin, TN and are active in their church. Randy is proud to have spent much of his career working with organizations, often not-for profits, that had a mission to help improve the lives of its customers. He is very pleased to continue that tradition with Churchill.
