Churchill Mortgage Announces Two New Senior Vice Presidents

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 19, 2025 -- Churchill Mortgage, an industry leader providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 49 states and the District of Columbia, is excited to welcome Brian Chick and Luke Easterly as Senior Vice Presidents. With over 40 years combined of experience and results, their involvement will play a key role in Churchill Mortgage’s continued growth across our central and west divisions.

Brian is an accomplished mortgage professional based in Estes Park, Colorado, bringing over 20 years of expertise to the industry since early 2005.  Known for his integrity and dedication, he specializes in understanding market conditions and establishing competitive rates for his Loan Officers and borrowers. Brian’s commitment to client satisfaction has earned him accolades for delivering competitive rates and controlled expenses, making him a trusted partner in the mortgage industry. As Senior Vice President of Churchill’s Central Division, he will be responsible for growing and overseeing the Central Division.

Luke is a seasoned mortgage industry leader based in Seattle, Washington, with a career spanning over 20 years. Luke’s extensive experience includes roles such as Loan Officer, Producing and Non-Producing Branch Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and a National Head of Retail position. Known for his passion for helping clients achieve homeownership, he combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to fostering teamwork and success. His most recent post saw him managing the west division for a nationwide lender.  As Senior Vice President of Churchill’s West Division, he will be responsible for growing and overseeing the West Division.
