Churchill Mortgage Announces Kraig Spence as Newest Home Loan Specialist for Herndon, Va. Branch

Brentwood, Tenn., July 9, 2012 – Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 23 states, today announced Kraig Spence as its newest home loan specialist for the Herndon, Va. branch.

Spence will be responsible for originating loans, consulting with borrowers and advising prospective homebuyers on the steps toward homeownership.

Spence began his career as a compliance administrator for Community Bank of Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Churchill, he served as a retail branch manager for Newday USA, where he was responsible for generating more than $13 million in annual revenue. While there, he was a six-time winner of the Distinguished Leader Award for his contributions in loan officer training and innovative point of sale development. Spence is also a six-time inductee into the company’s President’s Club for his outstanding personal loan production and was recognized as Loan Officer of the Year in 2003 and 2011. In addition, he has been a member of the Virginia Bankers Association for more than 12 years.

Spence earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and resides in Glenelg, Md. with his wife and two daughters.
