Churchill Mortgage Now Serving Home Buyers in Missouri with New Kansas City Branch

Kansas City, Mo., Jan. 30, 2014 – Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 33 states, announced the opening of its first physical branch in Missouri, located at 435 Nichols Road, Suite 200 in Kansas City. In the past year, the lender has opened six branches in five states.

The newest branch is led by Joanna Redden, who also serves as a home loan specialist with 19 years of industry expertise. Previously, Redden was a senior mortgage professional for First Federal Bank and Security Savings Bank, where she worked closely with borrowers to meet their home buying and refinancing needs. In addition, she was a senior mortgage loan officer with First National Bank of Kansas and as a loan officer with Capital Federal Savings.

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Churchill Mortgage is a respected, established lender within multiple states. The lender prides itself on its consultative approach to lending and strong commitment to local communities.
