NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 46 states, looks back on its growth in the Pacific Northwest since launching branches in the region in 2019. As of April 27, the company has grown the team by nearly 20x and accomplished nearly $300 million in loan volume in the Pacific Northwest within a year.As one of the most competitive housing markets in America, the Pacific Northwest continues to see high demand. To help local homebuyers navigate the constantly changing housing market and secure the home of their dreams, Churchill Mortgage expanded operations.
In the past year, what began with one branch and four team members has now reached 14 locations with 70 team members including: Astoria, Ore., Bend Ore., Gearhart, Ore., Lake Oswego, Ore., Lincoln City, Ore., Portland, Ore., Salem, Ore., Deer Park, Wash., Eatonville, Wash., Renton, Wash., Spokane, Wash., Tacoma, Wash., Tri-Cities, Wash. and Anchorage, Alaska. With locations in Sandpoint, Idaho and Newport, Wash. opening soon, Churchill Mortgage will have 16 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest to better serve the region.
