BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Feb. 26, 2014 – Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 33 states, announced that 13 of its home loan specialists were recognized for outstanding loan production by the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association (NMBA) at its annual Awards of Excellence event. Winners were recognized during a banquet on Feb. 20 at the Richland Country Club in Nashville, Tenn.
Hosted by the NMBA each year, the Awards of Excellence recognize loan officers of member companies for outstanding production. Member companies participate by nominating loan officers, who are then ranked by overall volume and placed into one of three award categories: Gold ($10-24.9 million), Platinum ($25-49.9 million) and Diamond ($50 million or more). Two additional categories include Lender of the Year and Top Producer of the Year.
Churchill’s Michael Brown was one of only 12 loan officers in Nashville to receive the Diamond Award. In addition, Churchill’s Christopher Bowser, Stephanie Christian, Les Clayton, Morgan Cowle, Susan Hunter Hufford, Daniel Kraus, John Thomas Lavender, Jeffrey Long, Holly Kaye Metheny, Terry Joe Murphey, Jr., David Brent Porter and Kevin Watson all received the Gold Award for their outstanding achievements.
“At Churchill Mortgage, we are committed to recruiting expert mortgage processionals to provide exceptional customer service and support our continued growth within the community,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “The significant achievements of our home loan specialists reflect our dedication to helping every borrower achieve the real American dream of home ownership, and we’re proud of their accomplishments.”
